Requirements for scientific articles

General requirements for the design of the article:
 
1. The volume of the article is 5-8 typewritten pages, including illustrations, tables, graphs, a list of references in the Microsoft Word editor, Times New Roman font, size 14, single line spacing, A4 format (210 × 297), margins on all sides of 20 mm.
2. The language of presentation is Russian, English.
3. Illustrations and graphics accompanying the text should be placed in the frame in portrait orientation.
4. Illustrations, diagrams,  tables and formulas are drawn up according to GOST 2.105-95. Each illustration, diagram, should be signed, the table should have a name.

5. Pictures are placed «in the text», and not in tables after explanatory data. Captions to picture should be numbered with Arabic numerals through numbering and have an explanatory signature, for example: Picture 1 - Classification of the main types... It is unacceptable to include captions in the drawing itself. The pictures must be at least 60 x 60 in size, spaced one interval apart from the main text, and must be grouped. It is recommended that the area occupied by the drawings should not exceed 20% of the total volume.
6. The table is placed under the text in which the links to it are given for the first time, or on the next page and only in portrait orientation. When transferring a part of the table to another page, the name is placed only above the first part of it, and «Continuation of the table» is written above the other parts, indicating only the number. The name should be placed above the table. For example: Table 1 - Experimental data ... The table is separated from the text by one line. The background of the table is not highlighted in a different color.
7. Formulas should be separated by one line from the main text, centered, numbered. The formula numbers are indicated in parentheses, which should be aligned to the right border of the text. Microsoft Equation Formula Editor. All physical quantities are represented in the SI system. Whole parts are separated from decimals by a comma.
8. The text should not contain any typefaces (bold, italic, underline). You must use an unordered list with a dash (-) bullet in a hanging line format with paragraph indentation. Use a numbered list only when there are references to it in the text.
9. Attached to the article:

• Doctor of Sciences' review, where, in addition to the signature of the reviewer, his surname, first name, patronymic (in full), position, place of work, direction of his scientific research must be indicated;
•  license agreement for the use of a work;
• author's certificate (surname, name, patronymic in Russian and in English transliteration), academic degree, academic title; the name of the organization (in full and abbreviated), position, contact information (phone number, contact e-mail, address for sending the collection).

Structure of the article:
 
1. UDC index (in the upper left corner).
2. The surname and initials of the author(s), academic degree, academic title should be separated by commas, which should be aligned along the left border of the text (no more than 3 authors).
3. Full name of the organization, city, country, contact e-mail of the author(s), which are printed in lowercase letters (normal font) and should be aligned to the right border of the text.
4. The title of the article should be printed in large (bold) letters in the center, indenting one line (formatting the entire page).
5. Abstract (from 200 to 300 words of exclusively accepted terminology), which is placed in two columns and has the following structure: purpose; methodology; results; scientific novelty; practical significance; keywords (6-8 words, in italics).
6. The main text of the article assumes the following elements:

• statement of the problem in general form and connection with the most important scientific or practical tasks;
• analysis of recent studies and publications in which the solution of this problem is based and on which the author relies, highlighting previously unsolved aspects of the general problem to which the article is devoted;
• formation of the objectives of the article (statement of the task);
• presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results obtained;
• conclusions from these problems and prospects for further research in the presented direction.

The author(s) is responsible for the content of the article. Submitted materials are not returned.
Articles that do not meet the above requirements are not accepted for consideration.
